It’s no secret we love our local chili parlors around here. Especially ones like Gold Star that have been around for over 50 years. But, even the most beloved institutions need a refresh every now and then. So, that’s exactly what we did. As you might imagine, contemporizing the long-standing Gold Star brand to be relevant in today’s world was no small task. Luckily, we like a good challenge. We found that the solution wasn’t in reinventing the iconic star brand mark (or the wheel). Instead, we evolved it to be friendlier and more versatile in a digital world. Then, we built out a more robust toolkit that allowed the brand’s unique attitude to really shine – resulting in a revamped brand identity worthy of the Gold Star name.
